Your Homeschool
Organized | Supported | InspireD

The Homeschool Society is a membership for families who are not enrolled in an umbrella school, but want their homeschool records stored safely, reliable resources, support, and a little encouragement showing up in their inbox every month.

You want to homeschool on your own terms. No one looking over your shoulder. No one telling you how to do it. Just your family, your values, and your kids learning the way you know is best for them.

But somewhere between the freedom and the confidence, there's a quiet worry. Are my records right? Am I keeping the right things? What happens if someone asks to see documentation? Do I actually know what the law requires?

You're navigating a system that has rules. Requirements. Deadlines. Documentation. You didn't sign up to become a paperwork expert — you signed up to give your kids a great education. The forms, the records, the compliance side of homeschooling — that's not why you do this. But it's real, and it matters, and getting it wrong has consequences.

That's exactly what The Homeschool Society is built for.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE HOMESCHOOL SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP

Direct Email Access

Questions come up about staying in compliance. When they do, you can reach out directly to Colleen for a real answer from someone who knows homeschooling and cares about your family's success and well-being.

Discount on Coaching Services

When you need more than a quick answer, members receive a 10% discount on one-on-one coaching sessions with our team.

10% Discount on Professional Evaluations

A professional evaluation is one way homeschool families can meet their annual assessment requirement — and members receive 10% off our professional evaluation service. You can submit your evaluation to us and notify the district where your NOI is filed that your child's assessment results are being stored with our umbrella school, Statheros Academy. A notification template you can use to send to the district is included in our private download library. See section III (f) of the homeschool law for this provision.

THE HOMESCHOOL SOCIETY IS FOR YOU IF...

  • You're filing a Notice of Intent and want your records organized and stored professionally — not stuffed in a folder hoping for the best.

  • You're participating in a publicly funded program and still want real support behind you.

  • You're homeschooling on your own terms and want access to quality resources without committing to an umbrella school.

  • You want someone in your corner who knows this world — without anyone looking over your shoulder.

  • You care about doing this right, even when nobody is watching.

A QUICK BUT IMPORTANT NOTE

The Homeschool Society is not enrollment in Statheros Academy and does not fulfill Colorado's legal homeschool reporting requirements.

You must file your Notice of Intent with the state of Colorado. It can be sent to any school district in the state; it is your choice which district you send it to.

This membership does not file an NOI for you, but provides the following templates you can use:

  • Notice of Intent that includes only what the law requires you to report, nothing extra.

  • The law allows you to store your student's test or evaluation results with an umbrella school. Storage of these results with Statheros Academy is included in your annual membership fee. Your membership with The Homeschool Society includes a template you can use to notify the district that houses your NOI where your student's assessments are being stored.

This membership gives you everything you need to navigate the NOI process with confidence, keep your records in order, and feel supported all year long.

THE HOMESCHOOL SOCIETY IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

  • You need to fulfill Colorado's legal homeschool reporting requirements and are not filing an NOI. This membership does not do that — you need to enroll in an umbrella school, like Statheros Academy.

  • You're looking for someone to manage your homeschool for you. This is a resource membership — we give you tools, but you run the show.

  • You want curriculum recommendations or teaching support. That's not what we do here. We handle the administrative and documentation side of homeschooling, not the classroom side.

  • You're expecting unlimited one-on-one coaching included in your membership. Email access is included, but dedicated coaching time is a separate service available with a 10% member discount.

  • Email Q&A support is included in your membership and we genuinely want to help. But it's designed for record-keeping questions, compliance questions, and basic homeschool Q&A — not extended coaching conversations. If your question grows into something bigger, we'll always let you know and point you toward a coaching session where we can give you the time and attention you deserve. Coaching sessions are available to all members at a discount. We're not trying to limit you. We want to make sure you get exactly the right kind of help.

Statheros was so kind with all my questions and made me feel much more confident and comfortable with homeschooling.
