A QUICK BUT IMPORTANT NOTE
The Homeschool Society is not enrollment in Statheros Academy and does not fulfill Colorado's legal homeschool reporting requirements.

Families are responsible for filing their own Notice of Intent with a Colorado school district as required under Colorado homeschool law.
This membership does not file your Notice of Intent for you.
​
What it does provide is the support, tools, and documentation to help you navigate the process confidently, stay organized, and keep your records in order throughout the year.

You need to fulfill Colorado homeschool legal reporting requirements but are not filing a Notice of Intent. The Homeschool Society does not provide legal enrollment. Families needing enrollment to meet Colorado homeschool requirements should enroll through an umbrella school such as Statheros Academy.

Homeschool Society Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing The Homeschool Society membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
​
Membership Renewal & Billing
This membership renews automatically on an annual basis at the then-current membership rate unless canceled prior to renewal.
​
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused membership time.
​
Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership plan prior to renewal each year based on their family’s needs and preferences. Changes in pricing, included benefits, and membership features will apply according to the membership selected at the time of renewal.
​
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
​
Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase to digital downloads, templates, guides, member resources, discounts, and other membership benefits, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
​
Record Storage
Secure homeschool record storage is included with active membership.
​
Homeschool records are stored only while membership remains active. If membership lapses or is canceled, access to stored records ends and records may be removed from storage without notice.
​
Record retrieval requests are fulfilled according to membership tier:

Essentials Members: within 10 business days

Guided Members: within 5 business days
-
Premium Members: within 3 business days

Record retrieval response times apply during regular business days only and do not apply during weekends, holidays, or scheduled office closures.
​
Members are encouraged to maintain copies of all important homeschool records for their own files.
Statheros is not liable for records that cannot be retrieved following membership lapse, cancellation, or removal from storage.
​
Membership Status
The Homeschool Society membership is not enrollment in Statheros Academy and does not fulfill Colorado homeschool legal reporting requirements under Independent School Law or any other applicable statute.
​
Families are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling any homeschool legal requirements applicable to their homeschool program, including filing a Notice of Intent with their school district when required.
​
Purchasing this membership does not create a school enrollment relationship, school oversight relationship, or legal reporting relationship between the member and Statheros Academy.
​

Email support is available to active members based on membership tier.
​
Guided Members receive basic email support with Colleen for brief homeschool records and compliance-related questions. Response time is typically within 2–3 business days.
​
Premium Members receive priority email support with Colleen for brief homeschool records and compliance-related questions. Response time is typically within 1–2 business days.
​
Response times apply during regular business days only and do not apply during weekends, holidays, or scheduled office closures.
​

Questions requiring more in-depth strategy or individualized planning may be referred to a coaching session or additional paid service.

Coaching Sessions
Included coaching sessions must be used during the active membership term and do not roll over into future membership years. Coaching sessions are for your family only and cannot be shared with anyone else.
​
Unused coaching sessions expire at the end of the membership term and are non-refundable.
​
Transcript Builder + PDF Export
Membership includes access to the Transcript Builder + PDF Export tool.
​
The transcript builder is designed to house one academic year at a time.
​
Transcript information entered into the tool is stored locally through the user’s own browser or device session.
​
Members are responsible for downloading and saving PDF copies of completed transcripts for their own records.
If browser history, cache, cookies, or stored website data are cleared, transcript entries may be lost.
​
Security and storage of transcript information are dependent upon the user’s own device, browser settings, browser history, and computer system. Statheros does not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of transcript data entered into the builder.
​
The Transcript Builder is a self-service tool and does not include official Statheros Academy transcript issuance.
​
Parchment Transcript Storage & Delivery
Eligible membership tiers may include access to transcript storage and secure digital transcript delivery through Parchment.
​
Members are responsible for ensuring all transcript information, grades, credits, GPA calculations, and course information are accurate before storage or transmission.
​
Statheros does not verify or audit transcript content entered by the member before transmission through Parchment.
​
Diploma Templates
Membership includes access to editable high school diploma templates.
​
Diploma templates are provided through Canva and require a free Canva account to edit, personalize, and download.
​
Diploma templates are self-service resources and are not official diplomas issued by Statheros Academy.
​
Access to Member Resources
Member resources are delivered in a variety of formats, including downloadable PDF files, editable Canva templates, and shared resources through Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
​
Accessing certain resources may require a free Google account and/or free Canva account.
​
Members are responsible for maintaining access to their own accounts, downloading files they wish to keep, and saving copies for their personal records.
​
Availability and functionality of third-party platforms are subject to those providers’ services and may change without notice.
​
Changes to Membership Benefits
Statheros reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, included resources, policies, and terms with reasonable notice to members.
