High School Transcript Review
Is your student on track to complete what they need to achieve their post-graduation goals? x4
Service Description
Our High School Transcript Review is a personalized review designed to help families determine whether a student’s current and planned high school coursework supports their post-graduation goals. The service begins with a 30–45 minute consultation with the parent and, whenever possible, the student. We want to understand the student as an individual—what interests and motivates them, what they are considering after graduation, and what they hope their next step will look like. That may include: -Admission to a specific college or university -Preparing for a particular type of college or degree program when a school has not yet been selected -Trade or technical school -Military entrance -Another career or post-secondary pathway -General high school planning for a student who is still determining what comes next When college is part of the student’s plan, we consider the admissions expectations and recommended high school preparation for the schools or types of programs they are interested in. We then audit the student’s transcript and planned coursework, comparing what they have already completed with what may best prepare them to reach those goals. Following the review, families receive detailed written feedback identifying any concerns or gaps we find, along with recommendations for coursework they may want to consider before graduation. Our goal is to help families make intentional decisions while there is still time to adjust the student’s high school plan and give them the strongest preparation possible for their next step. This service is for one student and includes the consultation, transcript audit, individualized research as applicable, and written recommendations.
