Thank you for your inquiry. As a private school, we maintain strict privacy policies and cannot release any student records without signed consent from the parent or legal guardian.
To begin the records request process, please complete the form below with your school’s information and upload your records request/COE form.
Important:
We do not contact families on your behalf. After submitting this request, you must provide the parent/guardian with our Records Release Form to authorize the release of records.

Once we receive both:
