Enrollment Deadlines for Returning Families

​Early Bird Enrollment (June–August, no added cost)

Standard Enrollment (September- October, +$15 processing)

Extended Enrollment (November-May, +$30 processing)​​​​

 

A Quick Reminder About Annual Assessments

Each family must also submit their required annual homeschool assessment by June 30 based on the odd/even year schedule you selected during enrollment:​

 

Odd Year Families: Submit in odd-numbered years (e.g., 2025, 2027)

Even Year Families: Submit in even-numbered years (e.g., 2026, 2028)​

 

This keeps your records in great standing and helps maintain legal compliance.

 

​*You must maintain your enrollment consistently year to year to re-enroll. If your enrollment lapses for a school year and you want to re-enroll, you will need to enroll as a new family, which includes a fee for us to reactivate your account. If you did not complete an assessment as required, you will be required to complete standardized test scores or complete an evaluation for us to process your enrollment. ​

 

If your family is no longer enrolled and you want to utilize our official transcript service for the first time but do not need to enroll for the current school year, you may do that here.

​

Processing takes 10 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and scheduled office closures). You may expedite enrollment to have it processed within 24 hours (a $25 fee applies) during checkout.
