Enrollment Deadlines for Returning Families
To help all families stay organized, compliant, and supported throughout the year, effective July 2025, we are making an important and significant change to our re-enrollment process.

Re-Enrollment Deadlines (Returning Families Only)
Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, returning families must re-enroll by August 31 to avoid late fees:
-
Enroll by August 31: No fee.
-
Enroll September 1 – October 31: $15 late fee applies.
-
Enroll after October 31: $30 membership reactivation fee applies.

Why This Change?
This policy change is designed to:
-
Help your family avoid accidental gaps in legal homeschool coverage
-
Give you peace of mind with a smoother, more predictable enrollment process
-
Keep overall costs low by reducing extra back-end processing
-
Ensure your homeschool records stay accurate and up to date throughout the year

📌 A Quick Reminder About Annual Assessments
Each family must also submit their required annual homeschool assessment by June 30 based on the odd/even year schedule you selected during enrollment:

-
Odd Year Families: Submit in odd-numbered years (e.g., 2025, 2027)
-
Even Year Families: Submit in even-numbered years (e.g., 2026, 2028)

This keeps your records in great standing and helps maintain legal compliance.

*You must maintain your enrollment consistently year to year to re-enroll. If your enrollment lapses for a school year and you want to re-enroll, you will need to enroll as a new family, which includes a fee for us to reactivate your account. If you did not complete an assessment as required, you will be required to complete standardized test scores or complete an evaluation for us to process your enrollment.

If your family is no longer enrolled and you want to utilize our official transcript service for the first time but do not need to enroll for the current school year, you may do that here.
