Parent Responsibilities:

It is the sole responsibility of the parent to provide an accurate representation of the content for a student's transcript. The information presented on the transcript will be a direct reflection of the provided details. Statheros Academy cannot generate course descriptions, as we did not administer the student's assignments or verify their work. Ensure that all submitted information is truthful, correct, and genuinely mirrors your student's completed work and performance. It is imperative that you maintain adequate records of your student's work in case evidence of their education is ever required.

Course descriptions should align with the actual work completed by your student. As the parent or guardian overseeing your student's education, you are the exclusive source of this information.

The Statheros Academy team, comprised of the High School Specialist Homeschool Coach, Registrar, and Head of School, will review your submission and offer constructive feedback if deemed necessary.

Statheros Academy recommends retaining a minimum of three samples of work for each completed subject per academic year, up to seven years, akin to tax records. Whether to utilize Statheros Academy's record storage benefits included in your Enrollment Package is entirely at your discretion.

The $85 fee is applicable for each year of transcript data, irrespective of whether we are importing information from a transcript sourced from another school or institution. This fee accounts for the equivalent time, attention to detail, and effort required to transfer, format, and calculate each student's Cumulative GPA.

In the event that proof of content on the transcript is required, the onus falls entirely on the parent to furnish necessary work samples. Statheros Academy relinquishes any responsibility in this matter, and it is expressly borne by the parent.

The parent assumes full responsibility for providing required work samples, and Statheros Academy is absolved of any obligation in this regard. The accuracy of the records is attested by the parent's signature on the data submission form, and Statheros Academy will defer to this testimony.
