How It Works

​

1. Join Statheros Academy

Our Transcript Service is only available to enrolled families.
 

2. Submit Your Student’s Work

You provide the course names, descriptions, and grades—since you are the supervisor of instruction. We provide feedback, guidance, and help you clarify necessary information where needed, ensure your materials meet transcript standards, and format everything into a professional document. We will take everything you submit for review and processing and return it to you within 10 business days for review.

3. Approve the Draft

You’ll review the draft transcript alongside our Registrar and Head of School. Together, we ensure it is accurate, complete, and reflects your student’s work with excellence.

4. Final Copies Issued

Once finalized, we prepare two versions of the transcript:

• An unofficial copy for your records, which you may share freely with colleges, scholarship committees, or employers.

• An official copy, signed and sealed, which we keep on file and send directly to up to three designated recipients on your behalf at no charge. Additional transmissions are available for an additional price.

For Out-of-State Families

We gladly support homeschoolers from all across the country. However, all transcript clients must be enrolled members of Statheros Academy. This allows us to maintain a consistent standard of accountability, accuracy, and integrity in the transcripts we issue.​

As part of this process, we review all submitted materials to ensure we can confidently verify and present your student’s educational record. If we determine that we cannot adequately understand a student’s academic history or feel we are not the best fit to serve your family’s needs, we reserve the right to decline transcript creation.

Our professional transcript service is $85 per academic year of transcript data.
Whether you're starting fresh or catching up on past records, you can purchase as many years as you need.

• Entry of all courses, credits, and grades into our professional transcript template

• GPA calculation
